So i use a capacitor with the correct capacitance and ignore the voltage?

My instructions make reference to capacitor C1 = 1uF/160v.

My kit does not contain this capacitor. Is this an error in the schematic or am i missing a part?

Why do the instructions for amp construction not come automatically with the order from Klaus? I'm stuck with a kit i want to start and time to do it but no instructions!! ???
