Disclaimer: this is my first build, loved it but my understanding of the principles/electronics is very rudimentary.

Attached are photos and the measurement doc, two measurements in column as a double check. Most of the measurements are within the 10% deviance, although all a little high; however, I am getting low heater levels (4-5v), 0 on two locations on V2 and only 30% on V1-8. I've checked the layout repeatedly, tried to check all my solder joints and searched the forum to see what other people had problems with.

The speaker works (tested with another amp), with the amp on can hear floor noise from speaker, can occasionally hear static when touching pins, particularly V2-6.

I'm sure to someone with experience the signs are obvious - any pointers to where my error is would be greatly appreciated.
