  • M15mk1 Kit Building

    Hi, everyone,

    I finished assembling the M15mk1 Kit and it does not work,
    light up the valves but does not emit any sound. I did the measurements as shown in the diagram and I saw that to pin 7 of V4 and V5 voltage is 0 Volts instead of 287 volts.
    What can it be??

    These are the steps I did:

    Amplifier on, measure at T.U.

    Lug 6/7= 284 Volt
    Lug 9 = 284 Volt
    Lug 10 = 0 Volt
    Lug 12 = 0 Volt
    Lug 13 = 0 Volt (The manual of the T.U. specifies that when the amplifier is on 12-9-10-13 feet the tension is full)


    Lug R35= 7,4 Volt ( 6,6 Volt)
    " C21+ = 295 Volt (298 Volt)
    " C22+ = 291 Volt (289 Volt)
    " C9 = 250 Volt (250 Volt)
    " C10+ = 250 Volt (267 Volt)
    " C11 = 39 Volt (42 Volt)

    V1 Pin 8 = 0,9 Volt (0,9 Volt)
    V1 Pin 6 = 130 Volt (133 Volt)
    V1 Pin 3 = 0,9 Volt (0,9 Volt)
    V1 Pin 1 = 123 Volt (123 Volt)
    V2 Pin 8 = 0,7 Volt (0,7 Volt)
    V2 Pin 6 = 116 Volt (127 Volt)
    V2 Pin 3 = 118 Volt (129 Volt)
    V3 Pin 8 = 60 Volt (55 Volt)
    V3 Pin 3 = 58 Volt (56 Volt)
    V3 Pin 1 = 212 Volt (204 Volt)
    V3 Pin 6 = 190 Volt (206 Volt)
    V4 Pin 7 = 0 Volt (286 Volt)
    V4 Pin 9 = 262 Volt (286 Volt)
    V4 Pin 3 = 7,6 Volt (9,7 Volt)
    V5 Pin 7 = 0 Volt (286 Volt)
    V5 Pin 9 = 262 Volt (286 Volt)
    V5 Pin 3 = 7,6 Volt (9,7 Volt)

    Heater voltage= 6,4 Volt

  • Output transformer m15mk1

    Hi everbody
    I want to know if my output transformers is good or bad.
    These are the measures that I have no transformer mounted on the chassis:


    Lug 1-3 0,8 ohm
    Lug 1-4 1,0 ohm
    Lug 7-9 140 ohm
    Lug 12-13 nothing
    Lug 12-10 140 ohm
    Lug 13-9 nothing
    Lug. 6/7 -13 nothing
    Lug. 6/7 - 12 nothing

    The transformer in only wired but not on the chassis

    Help me please
