For those that might be interested in more overdrive I have done a simple mod on mine.
Remove the input from pin 2 of V1 and connect it to the spare side of the channel switch next to the Channel 2 output, then loop a wire from the input pin of the Channel 1 volume pot to the centre pin of the spare side.
This results in using the Channel 1 pre amp stage to drive the input of Channel 2, four gain stages instead of three. The only downside is that the tone control for Channel 1 affects the sound of Channel 2, but not to a big degree.
