replacement tubes and speakers for a15mk1

I have finished my A15mk1 kit.

question 1

Is there anyone who replaced the preamp tubes?

with the kit came 4 the same no-name preamp tubes.
will the sound improve if i replace the tubes with quality tubes?

if yuo look at the tube amp doctor site there are differt tubes for v1 v2 v3 and phase inverter

question 2

im building a vertical 2x12 speaker cabinet
what eminence speaker sounds the best with an a15mk1

i need a nice sparkling clean, a good modern rock sound and a chunky (metal) rythm
