New OT A15MK1-kit

I´ve got a question regarding the new OT in the Madamp kits.

The new one is rated to 10 watts (I visited the manufacturers web page)
while the amp is said to give 15 watts.

What will now happen to overall volume and clean headroom?

According to Klaus at Musikding this OT is supposed to "sound much better" but looking at the specs it´s not that easy to see that this will be an improvement in volume, clean headroom and definition of tone...

I might be totally wrong however

* The Hammond OT that used to ship with these kits is rated to 15 watts

Hi polifemo,
as this OT is not designed for guitar amps specifically, the rating is for HiFi. When you compare the size of the two OTs, you can see the difference=> more iron means better sound ;D
BUT better sound doesn't mean louder, an OT is not able to enhance the maximum volume
Just try it, the sound IS better!
