i start to build my A15 kit, lots of fun !! 
I can see at the cathode follower before the send jack a voltage of 123 volts.
For me (maybe i am wrong) that means that 123 volts goes into the effect you put in the effect loop !! Isn't it to much ?? ???

C9 between cathode and send jack blocks this DC-voltage.

It is, but this DC should be de-coupled by a capacitor
