I like the J5 preamp, and i would like the power of the G2.
So do you think i can make the J5 and after the master volume, i put the self split 6n1p of the G2 (instead of the el84)?
does the signal level or the impedance will be right to go into the 6n1p (in self split), or should i remove the tone stack?
