standby switch problem

Hello,

I finished building the A15Mk1, when I switch on the amp with the tubes placed there is a nice glow in the tubes. Then when turn on the standby switch the powertubes give purple light, seems like the metal is glowing as described in the manual on page 29 (if the grey metal sheet is glowing, there is definitely something wrong.
I checked the layout plan, but I am unable to find the problem, the voltages are allright, only the heater voltage is a bit lower about 6,7 Volt. I do not have a very accurate multimeter so that is probaly also part of the problem.

Any suggestions?

Ah Thanks alot Bierschinken, turning VR 9 fixed the problem, the tubes have a nice glow now, no more purple! I tested the amp quickly and everything seems oke.
