Hallo,
I have a humming sound which increase as I turn the gain up. When I touch the strings of the guitar the sound is reduced. Sounds like a grounding problem or what do you think? Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum!
As the humming decreases when you touch the strings (which should be grounded via the bridge) I would firstly try another guitar to make sure it's definitely the amp and not the guitar
Next you should measure if all points that sould be grounded (see schematic) are near zero resistance to the metal chassis and the chassis is grounded correctly (measured as set out in the construction manual).
