First solder your Pots on both sides. Soldering points should go threw from on the other side.
But to be honest if I listen to your audio file I can‘t hear any strange kind noise you described. And I‘m not sure how compatible it is with bass guitar. Did you tried it out with a guitar?

I don’t now but did you check the functionality of your trim pot?
Maybe it’s broken or one of the transistors.
Get yourself some new and test again.
The thing is that most of the other users who are very helpful expecting a bit more than questions like: My pedal is broken what should I do - I already checked it out.
So this Forum is no place for those users who are only expecting that the others will find the solution for their problem without having a bit initiative. With this I don’t want to say that your haven’t shown initiative but you have to be more precise in you questions than „my pedal doesn’t work - what should I do to fix it“
This place is perfect for helping people help themselves 
So recheck every capacitor and resistor of its correct value. Check if the pots also have the correct values and if the diodes and capacitors are correct in its orientation and still working / are not broken.
Check the voltage like this:
Black on ground (e.g. your enclosure or other ground tip). Than touch Emitter (E), Base (B) and Collector (C) of every Transistors and post the Voltage like this:
T1
E= x V
C= x V
B= x V
T2...
As stated in this post, everything has been checked several times.
The question is: are the values on the 3 Darlingtons correct?
These values seem to be OK, regarding the method you now explained.

I think the High pitched Noise,is the additional octave which doesen´t came out right,try out other Diodes.

Did you take the right transistors on the right position? T1,T3 and T4 should be a 2N5306.T2 should be a 2N3904 while T5 should be a 2N5088.
Are you shure you identified the electrodes e - b - c correctly?
Except of T3 and T4 the values don't make any sense
