We got no problem here, all is ok,except your pedal
problem with optical tremolo

If optocuopler is mounted wrong way (Diode &LED Side reversed) there´s no Sound after R3 /optocoupler! that´s why you must be 100% sure of right orientation NSL-32
I am agree with you . The signal stop at this point
I go to reverse it. (Nsl-32)

It's just that the direction I put the nsl32 in is the same direction as the other pedal that works.
There, I just inverted the nsl-32, it still doesn't work, no tremolo sound.
I am thinking of replacing the resistor R3, to see.
I'm going to put the nsl32 back the other way, like on my other working tremolo.
And thank you all ! Sorry
-
O.k, have you found or see that marking on NSL32 by desoldering it?
before desolder R3,check links to components with Multimeter !!!,the Resistor is according to color code the right one, check Solder Joints about this parts,or resolder them as a precaution
-
Did you get Signal with Audioprobe on Pin 1 IC1?
-
Thanks Hendrix,
I see nothing on the nsl32
A sens with glue bright and other with letters (photos)
Is-it normal : R2 R3 : good value of resistor (220)
But i test a lot resistors but no good value with big difference. (Exemple : 1k = 700 ; 100k = 0,50k)
I change it ?
Audio prob pin1 ic1 no signal, that's stop to R3
Thanks !

O.k,thanks fpr photos ,butPoint must be on round side, not on front side.
But i test a lot resistors but no good value with big difference. (Exemple : 1k = 700 ; 100k = 0,50k)
I change it ?
No,you couldn´t measure all resistors in circuit, cause you measure other component with it too, that´s normal.
Problemzone is now on Components R2,R3,IC1,you had to find out why Signal doesn´t go through?,is there a broken link,or maybe a bad Solder Joint?
Did the Signal lost before or after R3?

Thanks for information of value of resistors solder on a pcb ! Different out of pcb/solder
After R2 ... R3 = no signal, that's stop here
Yes, i must find a bad soldier perhaps.
Sorry, it's complicate to find, you help me, you re so kind !
I will try to find a solution.
Thank you everyone
I learned a lot of things!!!

There is no Dot (this white point) on this Nsl-32
No mark
o.k?! that´s bad,so you don´t now if really right orientation, according the datasheet, the LED-Part-Legs have a greater distance than the LDR Part,so you had only find out what leg of the bigger distanced legs is Kathode (-)
Yes, i must fin a bad soldier perhaps.
Sorry, it's complicate to find, you help me, you re so kind !I will try to find a solution.
Normaly with Multimeter, you could find it very easy and fast,if there is something broken or bad,or short circuit, sometime it is easier to resolder first all parts in this Area.
If after R2 is no Signal, also pin2 of ic 1,there must be something wrong with R2,C1,R1. If after R3,IC1 no Signal, there must be something wrong with R3,IC1,NSL-32.
-
It seems to be this is the marking: beside leg has than go to the + on pcb
-
looks like right orientation
-
-
There is mark on nsl32 of my other pedal ! I never see before
Orientation is that
Maybe them changed something in produktion, and now marking with dot directly on leg,but without color
Sorry there is a signal on Pin1 : ic1
O.k,than Signal crosses IC1a,now you must check if Signal comes out of nsl32 LDR Side and ic1 pin 7. If Signal on NSL only on input leg and not on output leg, there is something wrong with nsl32,think of it´s orientation.
-
try to find out if orientation is 100% same as working Pedal
-
I´m tired a bit ,now Bedtime for me,will try to help you further tomorrow.
best regards,
Micha

Thanks for all Micha
Have a good night.
See you later. And thanks again, i learned!
Sorry i am a little heavy (try to understand)
Best regards to you!
