G3 just finished but blowing fuse

Hi.
I've just finished building the Blues G3 AMP.
I went over the build and check all was ok and powered it up without the connections B and C unattached to the lugs 18 on the board top and bottom as described but the fuse just blows.
I checked the components again and checked for possible shorts but can't see anything wrong.
I have continuity between the two red cables from the main power transformer is that correct?.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this i would be very greatfull.
It's my first attempt at building anything like this!.
I'll go over it again tomorrow after giving my brain a rest and will post the fault if i find it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and offer to help.
This morning I looked at it again from the start of the build and found a massive big mistake! I had not done the important bit of bending the leads of the Bridge Rectifier over!.
So no more blown fuse and all looks good there now so far apart from a massive electric shock whilst de-soldering and holding the chassis lol, i won't do that that again :-).
My cheap multimeter is bouncing all over the place so I must get a new one before continuing with the other measurements so fingers crossed that's the only problem.
