Output transformer m15mk1

I think the output transformer has some problems.

do any of you do you know how to measure resistance on the primary?

Hi everbody
I want to know if my output transformers is good or bad.
These are the measures that I have no transformer mounted on the chassis:

Lug 1-3 0,8 ohm
Lug 1-4 1,0 ohm
Lug 7-9 140 ohm
Lug 12-13 nothing
Lug 12-10 140 ohm
Lug 13-9 nothing
Lug. 6/7 -13 nothing
Lug. 6/7 - 12 nothing

The transformer in only wired but not on the chassis
