Der Muff Rams Head troubleshooting

Hi,

I have made a Der Muff Rams head pedal. The led is working and bypass is working.

Once the footswitch is pressed the led turns on but the effect is not working. The sound remains the same as it is in bypass.

If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I should also add that the volume pot is working. The sustain pot seems to turn the volume up and down in the same way as the volume pot. The tone pot is producing some sort of 'sweeping' 'noise when turned up and down.

There is a very slight increase in volume when the pedal is turned on but no distortion added.

The connection points have come loose here. Could this be the problem?
