I have just finished my G3 blues. But the voltages are all wrong. This is my voltages sheet:

As you can see they are all wrong. Another member had the same problem in this forum in 2013. I think it was that the power transformer was malfunctioning. Could it be the reason for this issue?
Also the tubes are not glowing.
I would appreciate a little bit of feedback here, as I am a begginer in the DIY world.
