HardOne Booster Output Volume Regulation

Hi all guys,

I've some question that the most of you will surely found tremendously stupid!
I want to start with the HardOne Kit 'cause it's simple and I've watched some demos on youtube and it has a very good sound.
I heard it has a very High output volume (that's great on a stage) but I'd like to tame it a bit and be able to regulate better its boost.

I think i should reduce the value of some of the resistors but i need your help and experience to choose which ones to change.
