Problem with A15mk1

Just finisched buildin my A15mk1. But when I check the voltages according to the schematics it's not right.
Between C26 and R38 it's 246V where i'ts supposed to be 258V, -5% OK.
Between R38 and 6 on V4 it's 140V where it's supposed to be 181V
Between R39 and 1 on V4 it's 204V where it's supposed to be 171V

Any help i apreciated.

Beent through the schematics and the plan twice now.
The only strange thing I've found is that tap 11 of TR1 goes to D1 in the schematics and to ground in the plan. And that tap 12 goes to ground in the schematics and to D1 in the plan. But I went with the plan beacuse it's the way that the picture in the manual shows.

Does anyone have any tip on where I could search for my error?
Also when I meassure the resistance over tap 2-6, 2-5 and 6-5 on TR2 I get 0 ohm. Is it supposed to be like that?

C29+ 293V(292V)
C28+ 286V(284V)
C26+ 241V(258V)
After R39 165V(171V)
After R38 167V(181V)
After R36 203V(243V)

Changed all the ecc83s to electroharmonix instead. Now the voltages are better and the clean-channel works!!!!
But the Higain-channel is humming low and I can only hear the guitar weakly through the hum.

Now there's no sound again. But the voltages are ok, all but one. Between 3 on V3 and C9 it's supposed to be 123V but I get 0V there. Any ideas?

Now it's working! Resoldered the earth for R13 and R14. Even the Higain-channel works. But it won't work with the JJ-tubes that came with the kit, strange...

Now all but one ecc83 seems to work. When I put it in I get no sound at all. But it glows... Anyway the amp sounds great and I just got my frontplate from schaefer(not sure how it spells) so it also looks great.
