G3 kit problem

Hi!

I've just finished building the Madamp G3 blues kit, but sadly it is not working properly. The wiring seems perfect to me.

Most importantly, here is sheet with the voltages I measured.

They are all messed up, but I'm pretty sure that the problem is coming from the power transformer. It gives no AC tension to the tubes, so the cathode does not heat up and the tubes are not conductive.

I measured no AC tension from the red wires of the power transformer, and full AC tension on the brown wires. There is something wrong there and so all the bias point is wrong.

Why is my power transformer not workin properly? What should I do to fix this problem?

Also notice that the power plug AC tension is 220V, not 230V, because at the moment I'm in an old house away from the city and here there is old 220V AC tension.
Could this be the reason of the problem? Maybe the power transformer needs those extra 10V? I hope so, but I'm not really sure about it..

I've measured this on the power transformer.

AC is 220V from the wall.
AC on the brown leads 220V.
AC on the red leads almost zero!!

So I measured the resistence. Between the brown wires it's 178 Ohm which seems to be ok.
Between the red wires it's 1.6 MOhm!!!! Really too much! My power transformer is broken, right?

I have received a new PT and this one works ok. Now the heater voltage is 6,5AC and the bias point seems ok overall.

I still have to test the amp with a cabinet and my strat to hear how it sounds!!
