Mistake in the screamer documentation?

Hello everyone!

I suppose there is an error in the documentation of the screamer, but maybe I am mistaken..

The 500k log is indicated as the gain pot and the 100k linear as the volume pot. Shouldn't it be the opposite?

I've checked on the web and actually it's ok, there are no mistakes. I was in doubt just because usually volume pots are logarithmic.
