Couple of questions on my G2 kit

Hello !
I've finished my G2 kit and plugged it in my cab, and it sounds great !:cool:
The problem is that my speaker is a 16 ohms, so I stopped after a minute (kit is done for 8 ohm).
I've seen in a post that it's possible to modify the kit to use a 16 ohm speaker, but I didn't understand the answer (tap 2-5 on the OT , what does it mean ???????)

Other question : on the instruction, it is asked to put isolation on some components (but not on all). Why ????

Hi Greg,
tap 2-5 means, that you should change the cabling of the OT secondary side to the speaker out at the OT from the current taps at the OT to tap 2 and tap 5. This would give the proper impedance for a 16 ohms speaker.
Isolation is needed to avoid short cuts and/or to avoid you touching high voltage (e.g. at the OT primary side).
