Building a A15MK2 pre-amp

In addition to my full setup I would like to build a 19'' version with just a a15mk2 pre-amp (up to the effect send) in it. Without the power tubes can I replace the PT with this one ? http://www.musikding.de/product_info.p…185V--6-3V.html

No, the plate voltage would be too low with just 185V AC. You need a transformer with at least 200V AC to get a well filtered DC voltage of 245V (as in the A15Mk2).
