Footswitch Problem

Hello,
I have a problem with installing the footswitch option into a Madamp A15MK2.

The power supply board is installed, and it measures 12v.
The jack board is installed + both switch boards.

Both white cables measure 12v when the jack is plugged in. And when the footswitch is plugged in, both led's are on.

When i remove the footswitch, both led's go off and i can switch the leds on/off with the switches on the switchboard.

But, when i choose the footswitch to switch, the leds on the switchboards wont respond. But the leds on the footswitch do ... (hope that makes sense).

The footswitch is the one of the Musikding shop, and i removed the transistor already out.

I only did the white/black cables and the ground connections.

Damn, i understand shit about this problem ...

I have double-checked every single thing.
- Board layout is ok.
- Resistors/diode's/transistor are placed right.
- Footswitch is correctly modded. Removed the transistor, and the positive side of the led connected with the wire.
- Led on the switch board's can switch when the footswitch is disconnected.

I ended up by trying to turn a FET transistor, but it didn't had any effect. (except a led lighten less brighter).

Please help me, im desperate

Mm, i've never read anything about leds in series with the switches
