Ok, the amp is finished all voltages are within limits no smoke or other defects noted, EXCEPT for V5 pin3 this one is approx 0V. Checked wiring schematic and found that this is connected to pin12 of the OT.
Checked resistance from pin 13 to 6/7 on the OT -> 260 ohm
Checked resistance from pin 12 to 6/7 on the OT -> infinite (open) ohm
So probably the OT is faulty!
Where do I go from here? Is this warranty and should I contact Klaus for a new OT?
The pots seem to be working since when volume is wide open you hear a modest guitar sound responding to all switch selections and pot settings.
EDIT: Klaus just sent off a new OT!! Super service!
