I rechecked all the wiring over and over and didn't find any problems.
After assembling the PS board i tested it and it was all ok, after completed the amp i tested it and the fuse 2 blew! Rechecked several times all the wiring and was nothing wrong with it.
Disconnected the PS board from the main board and tested it again and the fuse blew up once more, so, the problem was from the PS board.
I tested the PS board in several different phases, i disconnected the bridge rectifier and all was ok, i disconnected at the end of C29 and all was OK, then at the end of C28 and all was ok, then at ye end of C26 and puff !
I thought it was the C26 but i´m a little stubborn and tried again with a new fuse and all was ok ! ??? I turned on and off several times and things seemed to be all right.
After lunch i turned on again and bang ! Another fuse !!! I couldn't believe that !
Then i did the reverse method that i used above. Tested at the end of C28 and the fuse blew up, at the end of C29 and the fuse blew up again ....
C´mon ! What the hell is going on ??? The 200mA fuse is too near the limit ? Sometimes it blows other times don't ? Is it a faulty filter cap ?
I´m really pissed up ! ???
Any help on this ?
